Mason Jar Luminary

Hey guys! This is going to be my first DIY! I'm so excited! For this one, I decided to do a mason jar luminary. I actually did this a while back so I don't have step-by-step pictures but it's not that hard so I don't think you will need them. Anyways, without further ado, let's begin!

Materials needed:

  • Mason jar
  • loose glitter
  • sticker paper
  • battery-operated tea light
  • pencil
  • scissors
  • spray adhesive
  • glass pebbles

Steps:

  1. On the sticker paper, draw a shape (make sure it will fit on the inside of the glass) and cut it out.
  2. Peel off one side of the paper and stick your shape on the desired location in the mason jar.
  3. Spray the entire inside of the mason jar with the spray adhesive.
  4. Sprinkle the loose glitter in the mason jar, cover it (if it didn't come with a lid) and shake it so that the glitter will cover all of the inside.
  5. Pour out the remaining glitter.
  6. Peel off the shape from the inside of the mason jar.
  7. Place the glass pebbles inside the jar.
  8. Turn on the tea light, place it inside, and ta-da! You're done!
Well, that's it! If you want some more ideas for mason jar luminaries you can check them out here.

I hope you liked this. If you did, leave a comment on what other kind of DIY's you think I should do. As always, I hope you have a great rest of your day/night. ♥
